Processing of personal data

We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. In addition, we process personal data in accordance with the following legal bases in connection with Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR, insofar as the EU GDPR is applicable:

Legitimate interests are, in particular, our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with Swiss law.
We process personal data for the duration required for the respective purpose or purposes. In the case of longer-term retention obligations due to legal and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict processing accordingly.
Privacy policy for SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. If you write to us using the contact form, we process your details (name, company, e-mail address, phone number and message) in order to answer your request. The form is processed on our web server at Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland and sent to us as an e-mail. Our mailbox is operated by Google (Google Workspace). We do not pass your details on to any other third parties and delete them as soon as they are no longer needed for the request or for any statutory retention obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering requests).
Cookies and Google Analytics
This website only sets cookies if you select “Accept” in the notice shown on your first visit. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. We store your choice in your browser's local storage so that the notice does not appear on every page.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
